• Starting June 1, attorneys will efile in PDF file type any document that requires a judge or court staff signature. Documents that require a signature will no longer be filed in Word file type. We notified attorneys of this change last week. The effective date moved from May 1 to June 1 so Track 10 courts have more time on Odyssey before this change.
This does not change the process to accept and sign documents. It only changes the document file type.
This change supports the Kansas Sentencing Commission's project to develop a portal to create, submit, and automatically collect data from sentencing journal entries.
